Mandria Cartaginei
Anyone have connections in Romania?
I ask because I've just seen the Romanian version of Pride of Carthage for the first time. It's called Mandria Cartaginei: Romanul Lui Hannibal and it looks like this:
I like it, but I'm worried about getting my hands on a copy. Never got one from the publisher and, sometimes, I never do. Hey, I'd even buy one if I could figure out how to.

I may be able to track down a copy of this. My wife is Romanian and has plenty of family and friends there.

Thanks for offering, Kyle. Very kind of you. At the moment, I'll hold off on asking you to pursue it. I've asked my US publisher to request a copy. Maybe... Perhaps... something will come from that.
Also, my French translator said he thinks he could get a copy if need be, and I'll be seeing him in the summer. So I'm hoping one of those options works. If they don't, I may well take you up on the offer to help.
All the best,
David.
