Wow. You get to go to France and see painted boobs, hot translators, and swanky private clubs. I got to go to Colorado Springs and see my mom, fight with my brother, and act out most of the film Parenthood without the Thomas Hulce character or drag racing.
I really need to finish my book.

Ah. So there is The Man himself, live and in color (no pun). You didn't appear to be nervous at all, which is pretty believable when one considers all the panels and interviews you've already had. Nicely done, sir. I enjoyed.
(My eyes did one of these O_O when you said you were "trying to beat the baby." But it was quickly obvious what you meant, and I had a good chuckle. My brain rests at a weird kilter--sorry.)
We've been all over the place with you on this blog--and now Paris. Keep entertaining us like this, and you'll never be rid of us.

Ah, "beat the baby" is perhaps not the best wording. I'm glad to note, however, that I'll never be up for Senate confirmation. Phew!
